I am a partner at a global consulting firm in its Private Equity and Healthcare practices, based in London.

I am specialised in corporate finance, M&A and divestitures and strategy, mainly advising private equity investors across the investment cycle. My focus areas in this realm span deal sourcing, buy-side diligence, post-acquisition and exit support.

​

I previously worked as a partner for McKinsey where I focused on growth strategy for specialty pharmaceutical companies.  I have also worked as an obstetrician-gynaecologist (OB-GYN) and led an innovative start-up company manufacturing assistive technology for blind people.

I understand entrepreneurs‘ needs as I have been one myself several times. I know how important it is to receive the right mentoring.

I hold an MD from The Hebrew University, where I achieved Dean’s list distinction.
